About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to assist with a large-scale ERP system conversion project. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service, order processing, sales support, or CRM experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy problem-solving.

The selected candidates will support customer inquiries, process orders, manage transaction-related issues, and help ensure a smooth transition during a critical business systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• 
  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
  
  



• 
  Process sales orders and customer transactions accurately
  
  



• 
  Manage customer requests within CRM and ERP systems
  
  



• 
  Research and resolve order exceptions and discrepancies
  
  



• 
  Route and escalate customer issues to appropriate teams
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate documentation and records
  
  



• 
  Follow established workflows, procedures, and service standards
  
  



• 
  Support high-volume workloads while maintaining attention to detail
  
  



• 
  Assist with special projects related to system conversion activities
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• 
  Previous customer service, sales support, order management, or customer operations experience
  
  



• 
  Experience working within CRM or ERP systems
  
  



• 
  Strong data entry and administrative skills
  
  



• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  



• 
  Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  
  



• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Preferred

• 
  Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems
  
  



• 
  Order processing or order management experience
  
  



• 
  Experience supporting customers through phone and chat channels
  
  



• 
  Previous experience with system implementations, migrations, or ERP conversions
