Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments encompassing psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to identify patients' needs.

• Work collaboratively with patients to create personalized treatment plans that focus on individual goals and cultural factors.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across individual, couples, family, and group formats.

• Provide crisis intervention support and liaise with other healthcare team members to ensure continuous care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Conduct psychoeducation sessions with patients and their families to enhance their understanding and management of mental health conditions.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary plan adjustments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
