Looking for steady, meaningful work as a caregiver in the Cottonwood and Sedona area? At Home Instead , our in home caregivers help older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
\nThis is one-on-one care with consistent clients, reliable schedules, and a team that supports you every step of the way.
Pay & Benefits\n- \n
- $17.00–$19.00 per hour, paid weekly \n
- Direct deposit \n
- $700 caregiver referral bonus \n
- Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate \n
- Sick leave accrual and paid training \n
- Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (eligibility applies) \n
- 401(k) matching (eligibility applies) \n
- Mileage reimbursement between same-day visits \n
*Apply and be hired by October 16, 2026, and be included in our performance bonus plan and earn up to $300 bonus (must meet visit frequency requirements; bonus will be paid out to Care Pros in good standing after 30, 60, and 90 days after eligible to work date). More details available upon hire.
What You’ll Do\n- \n
- Provide companionship and emotional support \n
- Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal care \n
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping \n
- Support daily routines and independence at home \n

- Consistent clients and predictable schedules \n
- Fast placement for qualified caregivers \n
- 24/7 support team \n
- Easy mobile app for schedules and pay tracking \n
- \n
- Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) \n
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills \n
- Ability to complete required compliance or licensing steps \n
