Qualifications include communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service preferred, ability to handle high-stress situations calmly, and bilingual Spanish preferred. Base compensation varies depending on experience. Including commissions, customer service positions can earn up to $70,000 per year and sales positions can earn up to $100,000 per year.
