Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from planning through execution and delivery.
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive program objectives.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
- Drive enterprise software delivery, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes while ensuring timely resolution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support delivery using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Provide clear program status, metrics, and progress updates to executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities in large enterprise environments.
- Identify opportunities to improve program delivery processes, governance, and execution.
- Use tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet to track program progress and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs involving software engineering, cloud infrastructure, application development, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong experience in Technical Program Management and enterprise software delivery.
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software delivery practices.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering and technology teams.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies; SAFe experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong experience in risk, issue, and dependency management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and/or Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal or government experience.
- E-commerce industry experience.
- SAFe certification or experience working in a SAFe environment.
