What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting during night shifts
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans using the nursing process
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage emergency situations
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about treatments and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with healthcare laws, standards, and hospital policies

What You Need

• Valid and active RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years of ER or ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with good judgment
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, quality care
