Senior Desktop Engineer
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing systems support in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Desktop Engineer will manage endpoint deployment, maintenance, and compliance using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune, while mentoring junior engineers and driving automation initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage endpoint software packaging, deployment, patching, and maintenance Support innovative approaches to administrative tasks focusing on automation and security Configure and maintain Operating System Deployment task sequences for hardware imaging Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of desktop support experience in an enterprise environment 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager administration Experience with Intune administration and JAMF administration is desirable Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory administration
