Positions & Schedules:

• Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg - Topeka, KS
  Schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, variable weekends and holidays
• (2) Registered Nurse / RN ICU - Albuquerque, NM
  Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
• (2) Registered Nurse / RN Cardiac PCU - Albuquerque, NM
  Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
• Charge Registered Nurse / RN Telemetry - Topeka, KS
  Schedule: 12-hour night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address physical, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational patient/family needs
• Develop, prioritize, and continually revise individualized patient care plans
• Coordinate and delegate nursing care to optimize patient outcomes
• Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned, providing clinical leadership and shift management
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act regulations and institutional policies ensuring compliance and patient safety
• Mentor new nursing staff and participate in performance evaluations (Charge Nurse roles)

Qualifications:

• Current Kansas RN licensure required
• Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire
• ACLS certification required for Telemetry, ICU, and PCU roles
• Oncology certification required for post-surgery care
• Minimum one year recent experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) advantageous
