Hospice Admissions Nurse - Flexible Schedule & On-Call

Valor Hospice is seeking an Admission RN in Fort Worth, TX to perform admissions and provide nursing care at patients' residences. The role requires coordinating with the Interdisciplinary Team, families, and referring agencies, with flexible scheduling and on-call duties. Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, some variation by admissions and supervisor assignments.
