Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join our team at an automotive manufacturing facility in Hebron, Ohio. The role involves managing and overseeing a team of machine operators, assemblers, and other production staff. This is a 3rd shift position, but may require some training on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a team of machine operators and assemblers.
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
• Supervise production management and ensure adherence to manufacturing processes.
• Support and drive process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production supervision.
• Strong management skills in manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hebron, OH.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $74000.00/yr.
