Summary Qualifications & Requirements:相応の社会人勤務経験、管理職の経験がある方
日本語運用能力、英語運用能力ともネイティブ同様（日本語運用能力を優先する）
PC スキル(Word, Excel)、データベースソフトウェア運用能力（新しい技術を学んでいく意欲のある方）海外出張に対応できる方
学士号あるいはそれと同等の学位
教職員、生徒、保護者、寄付者等との円滑なコミュニケーション能力、関係構築能力
協力的なチームワークができること
ファンドレイジング業務、IR、渉外業務、セールス業務に携わった経験があると望ましい。
Main Responsibilitiesファンドレイジングイベント企画、運営
募金管理寄付者対応、寄付者レセプションの企画、運営
寄付者データベース管理
学院長秘書業務（スケジュール管理、学院長関係諸業務）
学院理事会準備、議事録作成・管理、出席管理等（法人のセクレタリーとして指名されます）
事務室全体のマネージャーとしての役割あり
