The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, administration, and substance use disorder with a focus on providing support to individuals facing various challenges and dual diagnosis issues. As a Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment through effective office management practices. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including supporting team members with various projects. Experience Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in clerical duties including typing and proofreading with attention to detail. Candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
