Client Services Representative

Position Full‑time Veterinary Client Service Representative. Pay ranges $16 to $20 depending on experience. We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual who loves animals and can manage phones, appointments, and visitors while making clients feel welcome at Wasilla Veterinary Clinic. Key Responsibilities Greeting clients with a bright smile and creating a positive experience. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and addressing client questions. Assisting veterinarians and techs with administrative tasks. Maintaining up‑to‑date client records and keeping the reception area organized. Serving as the face of the front desk and supporting clinic operations. Qualifications Prior customer service or veterinary experience. Ability to multitask, such as answering the phone while attending to clients. Detail oriented, organized, and dependable. Computer savvy and reliable.
