Field Service Technician - Multi-Trade Facility Maintenance Handyman

(Multi-Location Position Requiring Daily Travel)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced trade professionals to join our mobile facility maintenance and repair team. Technicians service multiple commercial client locations daily throughout the tri-state area using company-provided vehicles.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working independently while being part of a reliable, growing company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Travel between multiple client sites daily
Perform facility maintenance and repair work across one or more trades
Communicate professionally with clients and dispatch
Diagnose issues and implement on-site solutions

TRADES WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Expertise in One or More)

Electrical
Plumbing
Carpentry
Masonry
Flooring
General Handyman / Facility Repairs

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Experience operating commercial vans
Comfortable with daily driving and mobile work
Strong troubleshooting skills
Professional, customer-focused demeanor
Smartphone and mobile app proficiency
Physically capable of trade work
Reliable, organized, self-motivated

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

Variable start and end times
On-call rotation for emergency services
Occasional weekends and overtime
Flexible, non-traditional schedule
Overtime available during high-demand periods
