Hiring Medical Device Production Associates – Multiple Shifts Available

Medical Device Manufacturing | Monument, CO

We’re seeking detail‑oriented, dependable Production Associates who take pride in quality and teamwork and want to grow their manufacturing experience in a safety‑first workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cleanroom Production Associate, you’ll help manufacture precision medical nails and screws in an ISO 8/9 cleanroom. Your work will be essential to maintaining the quality and consistency required in medical device production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating manufacturing equipment used to produce medical implants
• Loading metal rods into machines and performing bending, lifting, and standing tasks
• Packaging medical devices in a cleanroom environment
• Running packaging and labeling equipment
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet strict medical quality standards
• Following all cleanroom, safety, and quality procedures

Shifts & Pay

(shift times are approximate and very within a 45-minute window depending on placed department)

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17/hr
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.70/hr
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.55/hr

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging
• Comfort working in a cleanroom or highly regulated environment
• Experience operating machinery or assembly/packaging equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability and ability to follow safety procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Monument, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
