Registered Nurse (RN)

Location:  Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $45/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized healthcare team in Fairbanks. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional who is passionate about patient care, values building strong patient relationships, and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.

In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional care while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and medications as directed
• Provide patient education and health-related information
• Start and discontinue IVs as needed
• Monitor patients and communicate concerns or changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to support patient care plans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Current Alaska RN License
• Current CPR certification
• Current PPD and immunization records
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
• Must support a drug-free work environment
