More Than Medical Wellness is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail‐oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to support our patient‐centered, whole‐person wellness practice. This role ensures smooth front‐office operations, accurate documentation, and an exceptional patient experience with cross-training of back-office duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; manage intake forms and consents
• Schedule appointments and coordinate wellness services
• Calling potential leads from ads
• Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and scan/upload records
• Prepare and organize clinical forms, contraindication lists, and patient correspondence
• Support daily clinic operations, supply management, and provider scheduling
• Uphold HIPAA, safety protocols, and clinic compliance standards

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical or wellness administrative role preferred
• Strong communication and customer‐service skills
• Proficient with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable in a holistic wellness environment
