divh2Veterinary Sales Representative/h2pIn this position, you will be at the forefront working to build strong relationships with our veterinary clients to help sell IDEXXs portfolio of diagnostic products and medical devices. In this field sales role, you will connect with clients through interactions to understand their business and offer knowledge and training on everything IDEXX can provide. You will leverage your consultative selling techniques to translate client needs into diagnostic solutions that leverage IDEXXs suite of products and services. You will help veterinary clinics increase their diagnostic revenue and be perceived as a high-value partner./ppCommunicating the true value of our products and services is at the core of IDEXXs business activity. Our sales professionals develop privileged and meaningful relationships by providing solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers./ppYour missions in this position:/pulliYou will leverage your ability to independently manage your territory and client base to increase recurring diagnostic revenues year over year and achieve quarterly medical equipment sales. By promoting the development of internal diagnostic testing and analysis, medical equipment consumables, reference laboratory services, and advanced testing among your clients, you will also increase periodic revenues./liliYou will have the opportunity to collaborate and co-sell with other IDEXX sales professionals in the region to close the sale of leading equipment and technology./liliYou will be able to educate and train veterinary clinic staff on our products, services, and marketing initiatives, including how to engage the customer service department as an important part of your role. To do this, you will be constantly aware of the latest IDEXX products and services./liliYou will be responsible for communicating client needs and competition-related issues to IDEXXs marketing organization and the director of your business unit. In this dynamic, you will join laboratory operations and help them to ensure a satisfactory treatment of the issues that arise./liliYou will present IDEXXs values to our clients in a professional manner, understanding our industry, veterinary practice, customers, technology, operations, and processes./liliYou will have the opportunity to participate in fairs and other events in the region./li/ulpWhat you need to succeed:/pulliPossess a license or an equivalent combination of education and experience./liliHave several years of proven experience in managing your own sales territory./liliHave experience managing such a sales territory in the veterinary/animal health sector, the sale of medical devices for human health care, the sale of dental devices, and/or the sale of prominent goods./liliBe able to work in a team in a highly collaborative sales environment./liliMeet the requirements of a field sales position which includes, among other things, a lot of car travel (company-provided car), departures, and occasionally weekend interventions./liliHave very good written and oral skills in Spanish and English./li/ulpWhy IDEXX?/ppWe are proud of the work we do, because our work is important.
