Encova Insurance is seeking an experienced P&C litigation leader to join our Claims organization as Assistant Vice President, Claims Litigation. This role will lead and support litigation strategy and outcomes across our Property & Casualty business. JOB OBJECTIVE Under the general direction and as a member of the Litigation Services leadership team, the Assistant Vice President (AVP) Litigation Services may be responsible for the product quality and performance of a team of Litigation and Senior Litigation Specialists managing a diverse variety of liability and coverage litigation involving Encova and its commercial and personal lines insureds. The AVP Litigation Services may be responsible for the product quality and performance of a team of paralegals providing support to Litigation Specialists.
