Always Best Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing services to patients throughout East Honolulu. This per diem position offers the flexibility to build your own schedule while delivering one-on-one care in patients' homes. Compensation Competitive visit-based compensation, including: • Routine Skilled Nursing Visits: $80 per visit • Start of Care (SOC) Visits: $160 per visit • Initial Evaluations, Recertifications, Re-Evaluations, Resumption of Care, and Discharge Visits: $120 per visit • Orientation and Onboarding: $50 per hour Additional compensation may apply for visits that exceed standard visit durations.
