What You'll Do

• Monitor and assess patients on step-down and telemetry units
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
• Respond promptly to patient needs and RN team requests
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience required)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Contribute to maintaining a calm, safe, and supportive environment on the unit

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility
• 1+ years of recent Step Down or Telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to pass the telemetry skills test
• Epic experience preferred
• Able to float within OSU

• Prior nurse experience in a hospital setting
• Strong telemetry monitoring skills
• Flexibility for weekend coverage as needed
