Workplace Services Specialist

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Workplace Services Specialist to support Facilities Management in Greenfield, Indiana. The role manages vendor relationships, oversees security operations, and coordinates site-level services including landscaping, janitorial, catering, and amenities in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contracted security vendor and oversee site security operations
• Manage employee badge access systems, perform audits, and maintain visitor logs
• Coordinate vendor services including landscaping, janitorial, catering, and micro-market operations
• Develop quarterly KPIs, conduct business reviews, and resolve service issues with vendors
• Issue site-wide communications and coordinate landlord-related work such as landscaping and window washing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant formal qualification
• 6 years comparable experience in vendor management or amenity services
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Legal authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
• Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
