TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an adaptable and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool to provide high-quality patient care across multiple hospital units. The RN will work in various departments based on staffing needs, ensuring seamless coverage and patient safety in diverse healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across different hospital units as needed
- Adapt quickly to various specialties such as Med-Surg, ICU, ER, Telemetry, and more
- Monitor patient conditions , administer medications, and document care accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and safety regulations
- Respond to emergency situations and perform critical interventions when necessary
Qualifications
- Active RN license in applicable state(s)
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in multiple specialties (Med-Surg, ICU, ER, etc.) preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
