Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to understand needs, priorities, and budget
• Present vehicles with confidence and accuracy
• Guide the process from first conversation through delivery
• Explain features like a pro—Bluetooth, backup cameras, and lane departure
• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Ability to embrace our processes and make them your own

Requirements:

• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• The ability to listen and respond thoughtfully
• Utilizes Social Media daily and is tech savvy
• Sales experience is valuable, we are looking for a person that understands how to sell and provide customer service (bartender, barista, waiter)  
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
