Position Fulfillment Manager Location Kent, WA (fully on‑site) Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of 10–15 hourly associates across the Parts and Shipping departments. Oversee daily outbound shipping operations, domestic and international carrier relationships, and scheduling to guarantee on‑time delivery. Implement lean methodologies to reduce “dock‑to‑stock” time and eliminate bottlenecks in the packing and shipping lines. Adhere to established safety protocols and ensure safe handling of equipment. Handle onboarding, training, performance management, and associate accuracy and inventory precision to optimize productivity throughput. Implement and maintain department policies and standards. Lead project‑based assignments as requested. Qualifications Accelerated experience in a high‑volume warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong grasp of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (NetSuite). Proven ability to multi‑task, set project priorities, and establish computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.). Experience in interviewing, selecting, and training employees and conducting performance evaluations. Physical Requirements Vision and depth perception suitable for use of computer, printer, phone, and keyboard. Manual dexterity suitable for use of computer. Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to work in an office setting. Ability to sit at a computer for 90% of the time comfortably.
