RADEIN Advisors LLC is a boutique managed service provider providing highly specialized network, fiber, security, access control, and A/V systems to clients nationally. To support our growing customer base, we are seeking a relationship-driven Project Coordinator to support project completion across a variety of fields. Reporting to the Director of Field Services, this role works closely with team members to complete and distribute scope of work documents and use materials/resources/equipment (MRE) planning documents to get projects staffed, supplied, and shipped, serving as the primary point of contact for field technicians throughout the project.

They’re calm, confident, and comfortable managing check-ins with clients, vetting technicians, and managing shipping logistics from end to end. They are deep thinkers, question-askers, and team players, and take ownership of the details so the members of the team can stay focused on the bigger picture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout project completion, building and maintaining strong working relationships
• Lead and participate in frequent Teams meetings with clients, field technicians, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track
• Source, vet, and build ongoing relationships with field technicians through FieldNation, identifying strong regional talent and ensuring reliable coverage and quality of work for current and future jobs
• Pick, pack, and ship materials and equipment for field jobs based on documents provided by team members, coordinating with the Executive/Operations Assistant on inventory levels and reordering of stock materials
• Track material lead times and shipping/delivery status to keep jobs on schedule
• Work closely with the Executive/Operations Assistant to develop client estimates based on scope of work provided
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project records and documentation — including contracts, change orders, field reports, and discovery photos, ensuring consistency across systems
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and status updates, following up on outstanding deliverables or documentation
• Collect and create closeout documents (as-builts, deliverables, etc.) prior to project completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar project support role, ideally in MSP, security/AV/networking, field service, or construction environments
• Comfortable interpreting technical/field photos and documentation, or escalating to technical resource
• Experience with FieldNation or similar field-technician marketplace platforms is a plus
• Strong relationship-building and client communication skills, comfortable leading or actively participating in client-facing meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams, Zoho Projects, CRM, Inventory

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
