Maintenance Lead

We're hiring a Maintenance Lead for a growing industrial manufacturing company in Buffalo, NY . This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for someone with strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience who can also lead a maintenance team and drive preventive maintenance across production equipment and facility systems. What you'll be doing: Supervise, train and schedule maintenance personnel Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Work with motors, conveyors, PLCs, relay logic and industrial equipment Support maintenance of HVAC, chillers, plumbing and other facility systems Ensure safe work practices, including OSHA, PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Manage spare parts, inventory, vendors and external contractors Maintain maintenance records, work orders and repair/cost tracking Help minimize equipment downtime and improve overall plant reliability What we're looking for: 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience 1-2+ years of maintenance/team leadership or supervisory experience Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics and pneumatics Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS/work-order systems Familiarity with OSHA requirements and LOTO procedures High school diploma/GED required; technical/vocational training or associate degree preferred If you have a strong hands-on maintenance background and are ready to take on a leadership role within a manufacturing environment , we'd be happy to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire3 Labs
