Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join a school district in Howell, Michigan . • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students referred for special education services.

• Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports.

• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to support student success.

• Provide consultation regarding behavioral, academic, social, and emotional interventions.

• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans and student support strategies.

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

• Collaborate with school teams to address student needs and support educational outcomes.

• Promote positive school climate initiatives and support student mental health and well-being.

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification or licensure required.

• Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.

• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing evaluation reports.

• Knowledge of special education laws, procedures, and best practices.

• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills.

• Previous school-based experience preferred.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
