Project Executive

Location: Georgia (Data Center Projects) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Project Executive to provide senior-level leadership and oversight for large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects across Georgia. This role carries full P&L responsibility for assigned projects and serves as the executive point of contact for clients, ensuring successful delivery of complex, fast-track data center builds. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight and leadership across one or more concurrent data center construction projects Own overall project P&L, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Serve as the primary executive relationship holder with hyperscale/data center clients, developers, and design teams Oversee Project Managers and Superintendents across assigned projects, ensuring alignment on schedule, budget, and quality goals Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and change order strategy at the executive level Drive coordination between MEP, critical infrastructure, and building trades unique to mission-critical facilities Ensure compliance with client commissioning requirements, uptime/reliability standards, and industry-specific quality protocols Support pursuit and preconstruction efforts for new data center opportunities in the Georgia/Southeast market Monitor overall project risk, cash flow, and financial performance, reporting to senior company leadership Build and maintain relationships with key subcontractors, vendors, and regional authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) Champion safety culture and quality standards across all assigned job sites Support recruitment, mentorship, and development of project leadership talent within the region Qualifications 15+ years of construction industry experience, including 5+ years in an Executive/Senior PM leadership role Direct experience with data center, mission-critical, or other highly technical/industrial construction required Strong understanding of hyperscale client requirements, commissioning processes, and critical facility systems (power, cooling, redundancy) Proven track record managing large, complex projects ($100M+) and multi-project portfolios Experience in the Georgia/Southeast data center market strongly preferred Executive-level communication, negotiation, and client management skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus Willingness to travel across Georgia project sites as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
