Aging Care Management Supervisor 2 (Local Government) - Lebanon County

Responsibilities Protective Oversight: Ensure that protective service cases are reviewed, assigned, and evaluated for accuracy and compliance Staff Guidance: Train and supervise staff on rules, procedures, and expectations related to protective services Case Management: Monitor ongoing cases, review reports, and support staff with guardianship and care planning tasks Agency Coordination: Work with hospitals, law enforcement, and community organizations to promote awareness and collaboration Program Monitoring: Review reports, update annual service plans, and support agency compliance with state requirements Administrative Support: Assist with on-call scheduling, review closed cases, and provide supervisory coverage as needed Work Schedule and Additional Information Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Qualifications Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Four years of experience in public or private social work; and a Bachelor's Degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training including successful completion of 12 semester hours of college level courses in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other related social sciences.
