Client Partner Overview Classification: Full-time Reporting to: Managing Partner Location: New York City, New York | Dallas, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida | San Francisco, California | Los Angeles, California Work Authorization: Must be legally entitled to work in the United States Responsibilities Pitch and help win new clients in your area of sector/vertical expertise. Help deliver strategic client growth plans for your clients, growing additional client revenue by up- or cross‑selling Brainlabs solutions, products and services, tailored to your client vertical. Understand your client business and ensure the SOW is fulfilled. Exercise judgment in creating solutions for clients. Develop your portfolio of client case studies and articles promoting Brainlabs solutions. Actively anticipate client challenges and tailor optimum solutions. Qualifications Has 12+ years experience of delivering full service media solutions to clients within your vertical specialisation. Has proven client leadership skills and has already been a trusted advisor to a number of clients. Has applied knowledge of how marketing/media effectiveness links directly to business growth and financial success for clients. Is a great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience. Is a brilliant communicator, relationship builder and capable of translating challenges into real media solutions. Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients. Understands full end-to-end workings of a full-service media agency and how component parts work to deliver an integrated solution. Success Metrics You will live our culture code every day! A growing portfolio of revenue across your client or portfolio of clients. Evidence of broad revenue sources for your client via multiple Brainlabs products.
