Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities As our General GI Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, a multi-specialty, physician-owned and patient-centered organization in Santa Cruz, CA. You will become an integral part of our team, affiliated with Dominican Hospital, providing exceptional gastroenterology care within a flexible, part-time practice located in a truly exceptional coastal community. You will work alongside established Gastroenterologists in the practice and an experienced team of community Gastroenterologists, sharing a manageable 1:5 weekday call and 1:9 weekend and hospital call. The convenience of having the endoscopy center, hospital, and clinic all within walking distance will streamline your workflow. To be successful in this role, you will be a team-oriented, part-time General GI Physician seeking an exceptional work/life balance in a stunning coastal location. We are offering a competitive compensation package ranging from $298k - $325k, depending on your experience and FTE (0.5-0.75).
