Job Summary:
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations in a frozen food production facility. This role involves preparing, processing, packaging, and inspecting food products while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Prepare raw materials and ingredients for processing
• Package finished products according to company specifications
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and supplies as needed
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus
• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• This position is a heavy lifting position and could be a constant heavy lifting assignment. (up to 50 lbs.) and perform repetitive tasks.

• Cold storage and refrigerated production areas
• Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• May require standing for long shifts and working weekends or overtime

Must have clean background
Monday-Friday 7:00pm - 7:00pm
Potential for mandatory OT each day including weekends.
