Hospitalist Physician Assistant

The Opportunity
Two APPs and a physician work the night admissions service together at Jeanes, clearing 12 to 15 admissions across the three of you. That ratio matters: you are not the lone overnight provider covering a building, and there is always an attending physically on site. No procedures. The ICU is closed and intensivist-covered. For a PA who wants real inpatient volume without being stranded, this is a well-built night line.

for anyone who deteriorates.

Must-Haves
PA-C (this role is not open to NPs)
Pennsylvania license, or eligibility in process
Comfort with inpatient admissions volume
Nice to Have
Prior hospitalist or inpatient experience
Epic familiarity
Preference for a permanent night schedule
What Working Here Is Actually Like
$130,000 $135,000

for a mix of days and nights;

$140,000 for nights only .
Full W-2 benefits.

Medical, dental and vision from the first of the month after hire; employer-paid life at 1x salary up to $300,000; employer-paid long-term disability at 60% of salary; 401(k). The benefit plan year runs 1 October to 30 September.
Malpractice and tail both covered.
