Forte is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable HR Admin to join our Marshfield, WI team. This is a temporary contract opportunity to cover for a maternity leave. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people, staying organized, and contributing to a smooth and positive employee experience.

In this role, you will support a variety of administrative and HR-related functions that help keep the site running effectively. You will work closely with HR and site leadership to provide responsive, accurate, and professional support across day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations at the Marshfield site.

• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee file maintenance.

• Support employee recordkeeping and HR data entry with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication as needed.

• Assist with timekeeping, payroll-related support, and benefits administration.

• Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate resource.

• Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment procedures.

• Support HR reporting, audits, and special projects as assigned.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR, administrative, or office support role.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• HRIS experience preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR at least 2-3 years of professional relevant experience in lieu of a degree

• Experience supporting onboarding, employee records, payroll, or HR coordination.
