Regional Manager

Global Compression Services LLC seeks a Regional Manager to lead operations for natural gas compression services across a defined territory. In this hands‑on role, you will oversee field service, shop repairs, and parts support, ensuring safe, reliable service for midstream and industrial customers. You will drive regional performance by managing budgets, P&L, and key metrics, coordinating resources and schedules, and building strong customer relationships. The Regional Manager leads and develops field and shop teams, reinforces a strong safety culture, and partners with leadership to grow revenue and support critical energy infrastructure. Responsibilities Lead regional operations for field service, shop repairs, and parts support for natural gas compression equipment. Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards across all sites. Manage regional P&L, budgets, and forecasting to meet revenue and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with midstream and industrial customers in the territory. Plan and prioritize regional workload, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet service commitments. Coach, develop, and performance-manage field and shop teams to achieve operational excellence. Monitor key performance metrics (uptime, response times, quality, safety) and implement continuous improvements. Collaborate with sales and leadership on regional growth strategies and major customer opportunities. Oversee quality of repairs, overhauls, and packaging work to meet technical and reliability standards. Represent Global Compression Services as a regional leader, ensuring consistent communication and reporting.
