Once they step inside, guests will be immediately transported to the streets of San Sebastian, indulging in pintxos, a wide array of delicious tapas and a vibrant wine selection. We are fiercely proud of all things that represent this region and we need a sous chef who will help us see this vision through. Here’s What to Expect A hands on and present ownership team committed to your success A Chef driven concept delivering the highest quality foods in a shared plate style service Attention to detail and highly organized Daily premeals with an emphasis on education A team committed to your growth with short term and long term actionable goals Requirements Candidate must have 1-2 years managing people, schedules and food cost Strong working knowledge of restaurant service, food, safety, and sanitation practices Highly organized, with strong attention to detail High integrity and professionalism Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for the entirety of an 8+hour shift, lift and transport items more than 50 lbs., kneel, bend over, lift items above head, work in small or cramped spaces. #J-18808-Ljbffr Zurito
