Enjoy comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.Job DescriptionCredit Operations Manager OverviewThe Credit Operations Manager will oversee the operational infrastructure of the private credit platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Investment, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Fund Accounting to streamline operations.Manage liquidity and facility operations, including daily monitoring, margin calls, and collateral processes.Support loan operations, trade settlements, and investment servicing across multiple funds.Ensure data integrity by reconciling executed loan documentation with portfolio management systems.Maintain portfolio monitoring dashboards and support valuation processes for accurate reporting.Prepare and reconcile portfolio data for investor reporting and Limited Partner deliverables.Contribute to a hybrid work environment that promotes flexibility and work-life balance.Credit Operations Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesOversee daily liquidity and cash management to support investment activities and trade settlements.Manage collateral and margin processes, including monitoring, margin calls, and interest payments.Coordinate facility closings, amendments, and compliance with legal counsel and lenders.Support derivatives operations, including TRS and FX hedging activities.Lead counterparty onboarding, KYC documentation, and operational due diligence.Maintain portfolio monitoring dashboards and support quarterly valuation processes.Prepare and reconcile portfolio data for investor reporting and NAV close processes.Review financial reporting deliverables for accuracy and completeness.Credit Operations Manager Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.6+ years of experience in credit fund operations, loan operations, or fund accounting.Proficiency with loan/credit systems such as Loan IQ, WSO, or AllVue.Advanced Excel skills, including experience with waterfall and cash flow modeling.Strong understanding of credit fund structures and loan lifecycle management.Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a team of analysts or associates.Experience partnering with external counterparties and interpreting legal documentation.Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with a focus on collaboration.
