Job Description Job Description Description: Arch Dental Assistant School – Los Gatos is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our hybrid, 10-week training program. Schedule: One weekday evening per week (6:00–8:00 PM or 7:00–9:00 PM, local time) One weekend per month (Saturday + Sunday), 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, at our office location Location: Los Gatos, CA (Hybrid: Online + In-Person) Compensation: $30–$32/hr, depending on experience Equipment: Laptop provided for work purposes What You'll Do Lead live online classes Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols Coach students during hands-on lab practice Provide performance feedback and skills assessments Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards Foster a supportive, structured learning environment Who This Is For Dental assistants — DA, RDA, or EFDA — who want to keep practicing during the week while stepping into a flexible teaching role that combines online instruction with in-person training, and who are ready to make an impact beyond the chair.
