Court Support Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a dynamic court operations team, the full-time Court Support Specialist will manage communication with courts, process court documents, and ensure timely updates while working remotely from Puerto Rico. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to courts for individual orders and general status updates, addressing questions and resolving issues Communicate professionally with court personnel and clients through voice calls and emails Utilize in-house applications to process documents and maintain accurate data entry Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Legal experience preferred Minimum of 1 year in customer support, call center, or retail experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with remote communication tools Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with accuracy
