Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic team in Martinsburg and Berkeley Springs, WV. This role offers a supportive and clinician-focused environment where you will provide high-quality, hands-on care to adult patients while helping improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatment to patients
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Manage 10-12 patients per day (50-55 visits per week)
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Build strong patient relationships and deliver high-quality care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Patient-focused and compassionate approach

Experience:

• New graduates welcome for permanent positions
• Minimum 1 year experience required for travel roles

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends or on-call
• Outpatient setting
• Clinic hours vary by location

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
• Performance bonus up to $32,000 annually
