Graduate Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to help them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well‑being. This position offers a competitive salary range of $43 to $48 per hour, with a 35‑hour work week, Monday through Friday schedule, and no weekend rotations.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical function and reduce pain
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing future injuries
Monitor and document patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Stay current on advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to adapt to changing patient needs and treatment plans
Dedication to providing high‑quality, compassionate care to patients
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about helping others and has a strong commitment to their profession. This position is not suitable for new graduates, as we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
