Solid personal computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlines. Be detailed oriented. The ability to manage several application requests in a timely manner; specifically: Oracle ERP Suite – including Oracle Time & Expense, TCT (Sharepoint type tool), Banking Portal (understanding fundamental accounting tasks). Flexible work shift (hours may not be standard 8-5 & could be 9-6 or 10-7). Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of business related experience. This role will be part of the Services Management Team working with IT, specifically Corporate Applications. Candidates with a Help Desk background (not on the technical side) on the functional applications side may be a good fit. This role will be providing access and assisting to resolve errors/problems on the team. We are not looking for a DBA or Systems Analyst as this will be a functional support role within Oracle, TCT and the banking portal. Previous Oracle (time and expense), Sharepoint/TCT, and/or banking portal experience is highly preferred if not required. Degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
