General Dentist - Tiger Family Dental Tiger Family Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a patient-focused provider who is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry, developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with the clinical team. Position Overview The General Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing patient care. This role is ideal for a dentist who values quality clinical care and is interested in working with modern dental technology. Responsibilities Perform patient examinations and clinical diagnoses Develop and present individualized treatment plans Provide restorative and preventive dental care Educate patients regarding treatment options and oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members Provide a positive and professional patient experience Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Current Missouri dental license, or ability to obtain Missouri licensure in a timely manner Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Comfortable Performing Dental Extractions Comfortable learning and utilizing digital dentistry and advanced dental technology Commitment to continued clinical development and growth Schedule Full Time Monday through Friday Approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch Compensation & Benefits $800 daily guarantee 32% of net production Full Benefits Package Additional benefit options available through the practice About The Opportunity Tiger Family Dental offers an opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in a team-oriented environment while utilizing modern techniques and technology.
