ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of four. I bring over 24 years of experience with State Farm, including time as an agent, in leadership, and now back into agency ownership. That experience has helped shape a strong, well-rounded approach to building a successful and supportive office.

I’m a graduate of the University of Maryland and a proud parent of three. Family is incredibly important to me, and outside of work I enjoy skiing and spending time with my kids. I stay actively involved in the community by serving on local boards, including organizations that support the homeless and the Latin American community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tim Winter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
