The Sanitation Lead will oversee and coordinate a medium-sized sanitation team of 6 to 15 members within a food processing facility. This role is focused on ensuring rigorous sanitation standards, maintaining compliance, and enforcing safety protocols, with a specific emphasis on weekend coverage. The ideal candidate will deliver training and foster a safe, efficient working environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Oversee sanitation operations and procedures within the facility
• Coordinate and lead the sanitation team to achieve cleanliness goals
• Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Deliver training on sanitation best practices and protocols
• Enforce safety standards to maintain a secure workplace

 

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sanitation procedures
