We are currently hiring a full-time Teacher Assistants. Experience in a preschool is preferred, but if you simply have a genuine passion for working with young children, we want to meet you! Experience supporting children with autism is especially valued. Enjoy a school-year calendar and excellent benefits, too!

As Teacher Assistant, What You’ll Do

· Support fun, engaging educational activities designed just for preschoolers

· Team up with the lead teacher to create a positive, joyful learning environment

· Help develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

· Communicate effectively with our wonderful students, staff, and families

· Keep our classroom safe, inclusive, and full of good vibes

What You Bring

· Experience working with children (preschool experience = extra sparkle!)

· Comfort and compassion working with children with special needs

· Clear, friendly communication skills

· Ability to support positive behavior and classroom routines

· Knowledge of early childhood education principles
