Pay $25~$40 per hour Employment Type Full-time Requirements Driver’s license Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (2+ years) Job Description Job description Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments to ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction. Handle insurance filings, billing, and collections to streamline financial processes. Cultivate strong patient relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Play a pivotal role in our practice's marketing efforts, contributing to its growth and success. Maintain an organized and productive office environment through multitasking and strong organizational skills. Collaborate seamlessly with the team, demonstrating a strong team player attitude. Showcase exceptional computer and typing skills to enhance office operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration or related field. Outstanding people skills with a genuine commitment to patient care. Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strong organizational abilities to keep the office running smoothly. Proficiency in computer operations and typing for efficient data management. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Prior experience with dental insurance procedures is a plus, though not mandatory. Wednesdays are an administration day and the administrators start around 9am and leave around 3pm.
