The The Tampa Club is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations at Tampa’s most prestigious private city club. The Role

As Executive Chef, you will have full responsibility for the Club’s culinary vision and execution, including View 42 Restaurant, private events, member dining, and special programming. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a talented culinary team while setting standards that define excellence across every plate and every experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who thrives in high-profile environments and understands how to balance creativity, consistency, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations across à la carte dining, private events, and member experiences

• Set the culinary vision and collaborate on innovative, seasonal menus
\n
• Direct, develop, and hold accountable a team of chefs, cooks, and stewards
\n
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards
\n
• Oversee food cost, labor cost, inventory, and purchasing controls
\n
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
\n
• Serve as a visible leader in the kitchen and a trusted partner to club leadership
\n
