Assistant Wedding Coordinator

Assist with ceremony and reception setup according to the approved floor plan Place décor items including signage, candles, favors, menus, place cards, and personal details Ensure décor and event spaces remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the day Welcome and direct vendors upon arrival Assist with ceremony organization, including lining up the wedding party and coordinating processional timing Help manage guest flow and answer guest questions throughout the event Monitor the reception timeline alongside the Lead Planner Assist with room flips and reception transitions when applicable Coordinate specialty moments including cake cutting, grand entrance preparation, speeches, first dances, bouquet toss, and other scheduled events Assist with collecting personal items and ensuring designated décor is packed appropriately at the conclusion of the event Support problem-solving efforts while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor Represent Leigh & Co. with professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional client service Requirements Check your resume score for this job Improve your chances of getting an interview by checking your resume score before you apply.
